In early 2023, the Australian Universities Accord Panel called for submission to a Discussion Paper reviewing the critical challenges and opportunities facing the Australian higher education. The submissions will help inform the Panel’s final report to the Minister for Education. InASA warmly welcome the opportunity to contribute to the ambitious Universities Accord with the Federal Government. We have focussed our response on several key areas of the consultation document that pertain to our significant expertise and experience in research and teaching in Australian-related fields in the HASS disciplines.
